Using Doodle It Inchie in my DLP Documented Life Project Planner

As you might have seen last week on StencilGirl Talk, I have a FOUR new stencil designs that I designed for StencilGirl.
Over the next few weeks I will feature each one.
Here is a little video I made using Doodle It Inchie and how I intended to use it.

Can't see the video? Click HERE.

Here is a little close-up of the plastic frame I made in the video.

I got quite a bit of inspiration when I went to use this stencil in my
DLP Documented Life Project. A project that, by the way, absolutely MADE MY YEAR this year! I can't tell you how much I enjoyed EVERYTHING about this project and the girls that developed it! PERFECT mix of art journaling, documenting and scrapbooking to me. Check it out. It is free to join and SO MUCH FUN! They are changing it up a bit for next year, but I will also do another planner for 2015--that's how much I LOVED it!

Below are a few pages I started in my planner and different ways to use the stencil.
You can see on the background of the Halloween page I used my new Doodle It Tornado Flowers and Doodle It Tornado Bloom stencils also. Love making backgrounds with these.

Here are some of the strips of paper I made by repeating the designs with the stencil.
A Thanksgiving Theme....

And a Christmas theme. You can see on the right hand side that I used my Doodle It Layered Circles and Squares stencil by layering it over and over each other. I will do a video on how to do this soon.

Sometimes I just can't believe that I actually
get to do things like design stencils.

Thanks for stopping by today!!

  1. Wow, Maria! You are on a roll in your DLP!!!
LOVE this new design of yours!!! So many possibilities! :)

  2. Your journals rock- so cool to see how you've used those detailed stencils too! My absolute fav here is the witch one - the tornados create the most amazing subtle texture on page- and I love the witchy feet too!

  3. I LOVE this! So perfect for DLP... you're inspiring me to get out my neglected planner and do some more work in it! All of your pages are so cool... beautiful!

  4. I love how you used this stencil in your DLP!
