Just Breathe, A Serene Goddess Stencil

Just Breathe.....
well I'm finally going to take a deep breath and show you one of my new releases from StencilGirl Products.

This one is called

How did she come to be...well after a very stressful day I started doodling randomly on a piece of paper. I always seem to be telling myself to just breathe....it will be okay.
My doodle came to life.

This project started out on a hard panel canvas with molding paste through the stencil. I came back the next day after it was dry and it looked white...well, of course it looked WHITE...white canvas, white molding paste...white. I painted over the entire thing with gold, came back the next day and it looked....well YOU GUESSED IT!! Gold....
Still not right...some black...and now I was HAPPY!

Of course, like all the stencils I have designed, I like to make parts and pieces that can be used in different ways other than the actual stencil. I will be showing you some of those projects soon.

She is special to me--I hope you like her too!

Here is a project that a friend of mine, Madeline Stevens, made with the Just Breathe and the Gelli Plate. I just love how it came out--a TOTALLY different look!
Thanks Madeline!!!
