Letting the Stress Out in My Art Journal

Some fun in my art journal!

It all started with a mess of spray ink.
Cleaning some stencils off that I had used. Spraying more on the top with
Dylusions Spray ink (wish it came in gallon size).
Fun...but...nothing special there.

How about some water soluble oil pastels? Get out some of that stress!
Circles do it EVERY time for me :)

Still fun...but in my terrible habit of having to make everything a work of art and not just being happy with playing....lets add a stencil!
Actually, as I am writing this post I see that YES, it was good enough RIGHT there! Interesting.... I'm HAPPY!
