Playing with the Chevron Doily Mask Stencil



Whoo Hoo! 
I'm so excited about the new Chevron Doily Mask stencil 
I designed for StencilGirl Products
I love chevrons--doesn't everyone :) I wanted to play with the stencil a little and show you some of the ideas I had when I was designing it. It is a little wonky...just like me! I hand draw all my designs so they definitely do not look computer generated when they come to life, but you know what?? 
That is OKAY with me!


I'm pretty much dedicated to designing stencils that can be pulled apart and used in many different ways than just the stencil itself. 
Here are a few of the ways that you can break down this stencil to use in other applications in your artwork.


As you can see, it can take on many looks if you "see" the different parts of it.

Here is some other artwork I came up with just trying out different things with it. Remember you can always take a stencil and use it like a stamp. 
You will see this in the photos below.
