Playing With My StencilClub Stencils...

Yes, of course I am playing with my stencils :)

May's StencilGirl StencilClub stencils were really awesome and tree themed.
I needed to find the time to play with them and I did!

I turned to a page that was in my journal where I had used up some old Ranger Crackle Paint through Jessica Sporn's StencilGirl border stencils that was left abandoned from a previous project. The colors were brown and green...not so cheerful but perfect for the tree theme. had scraped some left over paint at one point on the page too.

I had yet another bottle of the old Crakle Paint so I used that through the tree ring stencil and then used regular brown paint on the tree.

I found a quote that seem perfect and stamped it all out and then did some detail work with a pen--very meditative for me.

Don't know about the StencilGirl Stencil Club. Come on over to the StencilGirl Talk blog for a sneak peek at July's stencils and then HERE to find out more details on the
