Two Things At Once.....

I guess one of my personality traits is I have absolutely NO patience...unlike my husband which was tons of patients (he is a doctor, LOL!)...okay now I really have lost my mind :-) The other day I was trying to wait patiently for my Cricut to finish cutting something and decided to pick up some stacks of stuff--guess what was under it?? My Imagine, LOL! I decided to make something now, anything....before I lost it in the mess again. I closed my eyes, stuck my hand in the drawer where my Imagine cartridges are, pulled out Better Together, turned to the first page and made something...Here it is...
After I saw my choice, I decided to make a card base by filling the whole sheet with one of the patterns on the cartridge. So easy to get everything to match with the Imagine. I cut the paper down to 6" x 12", cut it in half, corner chomped the edges and called it a 6" x 6" card.
Back to my image...I cut the piece with the sentiment at 4 inches by breaking it up a few times to get some layers. The birds were cut as a whole image once and broken apart once for layering at 1.5 inches.
The red solid piece and the card base top were embossed with the Meadowlark Cuttlebug Embossing Folder. I added some Stickles in Turquoise to the heart and used my beloved Gelly Roll Stardust pen on the Sending Love Your Way and the red heart.

I feel better now, my Imagine got some attention and my Cricut finished cutting my other project!
See you Monday with another Bitten By The Bug 2 Project :-)
