Playing with Outlines Stamps...

I'm thrilled to say that my MacBook Pro is back and safe in my house and working great! So here we go with some more projects!

When I was at the crop at Linda and Claudia's store a few weeks ago, Linda showed me a stamp. Lately we both have been admiring Outlines Stamps. She had one in her hot little hands and I took it! Oh what fun I had just playing with it!! This is one of their special ones. You can stamp it many times on different colors of paper and cut each section out and layer together. Some (okay most) of the people at the crop thought I was absolutely nuts that I enjoyed doing this, but I can't tell you what fun it was to me.

I wish I had pictures of the process to show you but I didn't think I would ever make the ornament into anything, I was just having fun. I stamped the image on three different colors of cardstock with clear embossing ink and copper embossing powder. I then cut and cut and cut different parts of the ornament and layering them. Yes, if you look close at the picture below you will see all the layers I cut. Even the little circles.
It wasn't until about a week later I decided to make it into a card. I want to make more--guess I will have to get myself this stamp!!!
Thanks Linda for sharing with me!!
